Being involved with CD and vinyl reissues is exciting, while perhaps a ‘new’ creative is not needed, one has to meticulously restore old artwork, re-set typography, or re-create type styles such as for example “The Wailers/Catch a Fire.” However, it also gives us the chance to expand on existing packaging by adding newly researched photos along with liner notes. We also had the pleasure to discuss a few points here and there with the original albums’ art director Neville Garrick. He was always very cool and we promised him to stay as true as possible to his original work.

Universal has also commissioned us to design reissues for other artists such as Joe Cocker, Etta James, and several others.
