Stanley Family Reserve

A fun little "side project" we recently designed for Paul Stanley of KISS: His friend in Uruguay, who is the owner of the Yellow Rose Vinyards in Punta del Este produced a limited run of Pinot Noir wine for Paul’s personal Stanley Family Reserve for which we designed the label featuring one of Paul's paintings. It was packaged in a beautiful 3-bottle box and gifted to his friends.

    About This Project

    Another good example of a compilation with a creative solution. As so often the case, we were given a stack of existing photographs to work with, and it was up to us to choose the direction and style. It was at that stage that we came across this significant portrait by Mark Seliger. We felt that the photo was telling a million stories. Typographically, the simple handwriting at the top gave it an even more personal touch. The booklet is filled with historic photos and liner notes chronicling Nelson’s career.
