By Slipknot’s second album, they had became a world-wide Platinum act. And we were along for the ride since it meant bigger budgets for more elaborate packaging. The album art was not without controversy. The goat on the cover especially drew massive attention and was the topic of many heated conversations. The symbolism can be polarizing and has different meanings. Our message was “Be the goat, a leader, instead of a sheep, a follower.” Some got it, some didn’t. Nevertheless a cool packaging!
